Looking for 1 respectful female tenant for one of 4 rooms of our 3-story house.

Please be aware of the renting period.-3 to 5 minutes away from bus stop (300, N30, 171), tram station (#5, #25), supermarkets, and drug stores. -A passport copy is needed for security-No boy, no party-No any kind of smoking-You'll have basic amenities with towels and beddings.-You'll share the house with 3 other roommates.

They are clean, organized and friendly Japanese females in their late 20s to mid 30s. We are active until 1:00 so it's not suitable for early birds (It's mostly very quiet but we have stupid doors that make loud sounds)-Registration possible during your stay.Let me know if you're interested and have any questions!House viewing and video meeting are available anytime.
