This is an international student house where only international students live. In total there are 5 rooms in the house, this room is available together with 3 other rooms (see other ads at Kamernet. There is a kitchen (20m2) downstairs. Here everyone can socialize or relax.

The kitchen and bathroom are shared, these have been completely renovated and are brand new. The house has a small garden in front, and a garden at the back with a locked storage place where you can park your bike. The house has also a roof terrace, during summertime, you can chill in the sun during the whole day. This specific room is 20m2.

The room comes completely furnished.
