Hi there, I'm looking for a new roommate, starting June 1st.

The apartment (80 m2) is nice and quiet.Amazing views (10th floor), balcony to the south, and everything you need to cook, wash etc. Your bedroom will have 9m2 and includes a bed, including bed linnen, a desk and some shelfs.The address isLondenstraat: there's a shopping center nearby with supermarkets and one of the best takeaway restaurants in Enschede. The neighborhood's green, there's a park closeby, the center/Saxion are only 10 minutes away by bike and the University 15-20 minutes. The bus lines near the house lead directly to the center and the University.

The rent is € 417 for the room, plus a utilities deposit of € 208 but we expect this to lower at least €50 this month (still advancing a large amount because of high usage in 2022). You pay what you use: too much paid deposit will be returned after the end of the billing year. The contract starts June 1st and is initially for 6 months.
