This furnished room (11m2) is in a fully furnished apartment which is situated on the edge of the Venserpolder, close to the highways A10 and A2 and lots of public transportation facilities, all the nightlife options of Amsterdam Zuidoost and the center of Amsterdam.

The room has a single bed, desk and chair and a closet and internet is included. In the furnished apartment you share a toilet, bathroom, living room (22m2), separate kitchen (11m2) and lots of storage with one other tenant. The apartment is situated on the fourth floor. Bike storage (5m2) on the ground floor.

A few years ago the apartment was renovated and everything is very well maintained. It shows when you enter the front door. A nice laminate floor throughout the apartment.
