Refurnishing will begin gradually, and tenants are welcome to bring their own furniture.At present, there is no washing machine installed; however, a laundromat is located four minutes away by foot.

Installation of a new washing machine is planned.Registration;Registration is officially available for one tenant via the main contract.
A sublease agreement can be arranged for the second tenant, allowing municipal registration as well.About the Household;I work as a chef and usually return home late in the evening.
