About the house ownerA working lady that travels a lot and she's got enough space to share it with students. We’re looking for girl that likes to live in a quiet, tidy, clean and yet cheerful house.We sometimes like to spend some time together but it's not a must or a request.

Cuz we all have our busy schedule. Every girl has her own room and we share kitchen/dining table and bathroom, toilets.We live in a friendly neighbourhood and have friendly safe street/block with an outside common space. Rotterdam West is a nice place to live, very central and near many shops:1 min walk tram stop (3 lines) 2 min walk bus stop 38, 5 min walk, bus stop 44 ,10 min by tram to Central station and city centre. 20 min by walking to the city centre, 10 min by bike to Erasmus MC.

5 min by tram to the metro Marconiplein. 3 min walking to the local centre of Methenesserplein (AH, Hema, Zeeman, Blokker, bakery, minimarkets, flower shop, restaurants, pharmacy etc.)The room comes with a single bed, roller blinds, laminate flooring, wardrobe.
