I am looking for a housemate in my house in the center.

All the furniture provided. 2min walk to UMCG, 4min walk to Grote Markt, 2 bus stops that take you to Zernike or the station within 2min walk.Ground floor:- living room combined with a kitchen and the dining space.- a bathroom and a separate toilet room- a ~8m^2 terrace. First floor:- two rooms: mine, and a to be rented one- a shared space between the rooms.I moved in at the end of summer so the furniture in the house is new. The furniture in the rented room is handmade by myself and my father.

There is a bed, a closet, and a desk along with a new office chair provided as well as a new mattress. The rented room also has a window. When it comes to the kitchen appliances there is a new fridge with a freezer, a gas stove and a new washing machine combined with a drier. There is also WiFi set up.

The base rent is 800/mth+wifi, and utilities which we would split in half but it’s around 190/mth per personMy name is Piotr, I’m 19, I’m from Poland and i came here to study Biomedical Engineering. The house is mine so I take care for it and I expect the same from the tenant. I love sports, and I’m a friendly, easy going person.
