Preferably expats respond please....Dear candidate,Please read this carefully before responding.This room can only be rented for max 6 months and therefore you cannot stay at this address.I am renovating and then we will move in ourselves, you may suffer from noise and dust, so keep this in mind.Your room is perfect, new and clean, there is another person living in this house.I am looking for a decent working student, rather a PHD candidate or someone who leaves in the morning and comes home in the evening.This room is still much cheaper than a hotel.Kitchen is simple but fine.If you meet these requirements, please email me and you might become our new tenant....A guarantee from your parents is an additional security to whom I will rent the roomPlease note that there is work to be done in the house every day.
