Hi all! We have a free bedroom available in a three-bedroom flat located right by the Wibaustraat metrostop.

It's available for a fixed period of January 1st up until August 31st 2025 as the lease is ending end of August. Therefore, there is no possibility to extend the lease. It’s €949 all included per month. The room is around 12 square meters.

The bed and the closet will stay in the room. The shared space contains a really nicely sized kitchen, beautiful living room and balcony and a storage room (including washer and dryer). You will share the bathroom with one other girl.You will share the appartment with two very calm and lovely girls (age 22 &29), a master's student and a working girl. It’s a social house where we enjoy grabbing a drink together in the livingroom! Cleanliness is extremely important - it’s a nice flat and we’d like to keep it this way.Please send me a message where you give me a little information about yourself and based on this we might invite you over for a viewing or meet in person.
