Between 1 December - 1 August there is a room available near Dam Square, on the 'Oudezijds Voorburgwal' canal.

The canal house has a of 190 square meters of space across 4 floors. It is walking distance to Metrostation Nieuwmarkt, Rokin, Trainmore Gym, and two supermarkets (albert heijn, dirk). The home has all the needed facilities, a bright living room (around 35m2), two bathrooms, big kitchen on second floor with dishwasher, laundry area and a spacious entry hall (to store up to 1 bike per tenant).The bedroom is on the 1st floor with 11m2 space with a high ceiling. The living room and kitchen on the second floor is currently shared with 5 tentants in total.

The current housemates are 3 males, 1 Italian guy and two Dutch guys. Ages around 20-25.We as renters are diversity & LGBTQ+ friendly.The rent price is 700 EUR. On top of that there will be service costs of around 120 EUR that covers municipal charges, energy & water, internet/tv, washing machine. Rent period is fixed; from 1 December to 1 August 2025, so 8 months duration.

You -must- be able to provide evidence that you are a student, if you're not a student please don't send a message as we can't provide you with a contract as this is a student house. Note: This is a student home, bathrooms and kitchen is not in the best condition because it always been rented to students. We are not going to renovate in this period, so if this is important to you, it might not be the best fit. We want to provide this transparency.There will be one other room available as well in this house from 1st of January 2025.
