De TMP zoekt een nieuwe mannelijke/vrouwelijke/undefined huisgenoot!Wij zijn een huis van 4 mannen (waarvan één Pools is en uiteraard geen Nederlands spreekt) en een vrouw (plus mogelijk jij).

Gezelligheid is er genoeg maar niks is verplicht. Vaak samen sporten, filmpje of gewoon dumpert kijken na het eten, trackmania spelen, zomers BBQen op het dakterras met een goeie frisbee sessie er na of gewoon lekker biertjes drinken of samen uit gaan. Het kan allemaal, en met 6 man in huis is er altijd wel iemand die mee wil of waar je aan kan haken.Wij zijn allemaal tussen de 23 en 26 jaar oud en allemaal in de afrondende fase van onze studie of al werkend. Elke avond kookt er iemand voor de mensen die mee willen eten en dan eten we lekker samen en dat creëert altijd wel een lekker sfeertje in huis.

We zoeken iemand die lekker sociaal, actief en uitgaand is met een goeie hoeveelheid energie om te joinen bij alle uitjes en huisfeestjes. Er is altijd wel iemand thuis om een film mee te kijken of mee te gamen maar er is altijd genoeg ruimte om je eigen ding te kunnen doen. Ons huis ligt op rolafstand van de Jumbo en AH en het is 5 minuutjes fietsen naar de TU en het centrum.Het gaat om een kamer van ongeveer 20 m2 op de 1e etage, pal naast de GR (dus als er een huisfeest is, zal je wel mee MOETEN doen). De prijs van de kamer is 450 euro inclusief g/w/l.

De kamer is beschikbaar voor onbepaalde tijd en komt beschikbaar in december. Denk jij goed te passen bij het huis? Stuur een berichtje met verhaaltje + foto van jezelf! There is plenty of gezelligheid but nothing is mandatory.

We often do sports together, watch a movie or just watch dumpert after dinner, play trackmania, have a summer BBQ on the roof terrace with a good frisbee session or just drink some beers or go out together. It's all possible, and with 6 people in the house there is always someone who wants to join you or who you can join.We are between 23 and 26 years old so all finishing our studies or working.Every evening, someone cooks for everyone who wants to join, and then we enjoy a nice meal together, which always creates a cozy atmosphere in the house. We’re looking for someone who is social, active, and outgoing with a good amount of energy to join in on all the outings and house parties. There’s always someone around to watch a movie or play games with, but there’s plenty of space to do your own thing as well.Our house is just a short walk from Jumbo and AH, and it’s a 5-minute bike ride to the university and the city center.

The available room is about 20 m² on the first floor, right next to the common room (so if there’s a house party, you’ll have to join in!). The rent is 450 euros per month, including utilities.
