**Short term stay < 6 monthsWe have a fully furnished big and clean room for rent in the south east of Amsterdam nearby 10 minute walking distance of train stations ,shopping centers,grocery stores,ziggo dome,Arena stadium.

The room price and utilities are inclusive. Free WiFi as well.The Kitchen,toilet and bathroom will be shared by 2 other tenants. We have a policy when renting out our rooms:-No drinking and smoking inside the house-No pets are allowed-Visitations are not allowed -Working from the room is not possible (We like to keep offices and home space seperate) The room is available as soon as possible that will require a 1 month deposit of 700.The rent is incl (Gas/water/Electr/wifi/taxes).For more information regarding this room please feel free to send a message.
