The room is partly furnished with the basics (bed/ table/wardrobe etc) in a great area of Den Haag between Scheveningen and Frederik Hendriklaan (shopping) - close to the beach, good transport, shops and city. House internet.Rent is 650 euro per month, plus 1/3 energy bills (currently 55 euro pm).

Deposit 2x months rent.We like a cosy home with cheerful and harmonious cohabitation, keeping shared areas clean is important, as is thinking of others and freedom and respect for difference/ autonomy. We want someone who wants more than a room to stay: rather motivated to work with others in the house to share where they feel like it and build an open and cooperative space.
