The refrigerator and washing machine are present in the kitchen. The rent price is all including energy cost (pre-estimated 90 euro monthly depends on the bill from the energy company), internet, and city tax. Registration is not possible. Deposit: equal to 2 months rent.

Request: prefer international female master student, at least 2th or 3th year bachelor student. No party, no dirty, no noise person. Rent contract is at least half year.Interested: please send completed information about yourself, such as age, gender, nationality, which university are going to studying? Which subject are going to studying, master student or bachelor, move in date and rent period. Will not get response without sending complete information about yourself.
