Dutchies & Internationals are very welcome!Dear short-term sublet house-searching people,Do you want to spend two monthsish of winter in Utrecht? This house is 10 minutes walk from Neude and 10 minutes walk to the Central Station.

We are looking for a tidy, respectful, friendly, flexible, chill person to sublet my 74 m2 apartment in the heart of the city (Arthur van Schendelstraat)! Rent will be 650, p.m incl. all other utility costs (wifi, water...), and it comes with a furnished room with big windows, a shared balcony, a big living room, a fully stocked kitchen with spices and shared cookware, and a shared green community space for all the renters.From here you can easily walk or bike to the supermarket and the city centre, plus the Singel is a 5 min walk from our place where you can enjoy a walk or a drink nearby. We will share a comfortable living room with big east-facing windows (morning sun!!), a well-stocked kitchen with many spices, a bathroom (with washing machine) and a separate toilet in the hall. The apartment complex has a massive garden in the middle with plenty of seating options and beautiful, big trees.

A great spot to sit down with your coffee and read, in my humble opinion! The area is super nice and calm, even though it is so close to the center. Dates: 25 November to Mid- January. One roommate is leaving on vacation/ traveling so we are looking for someone to occupy that room so it doesn't go empty. We know about the housing crisis and how rough it can be to get a room (from experience).

We can be flexible with dates and pricing issues if there is a big problem and we get along, please just let us know. About us: we like to cook and eat together, we work in Horeca so are often out working or with friends, but we like to chill at home reading or watching a movie in the evening. We have many CDs and lots and lots of books. Queer and Vegan house!!!!Let us know a little about you :)
