The room is equipped with electrical systems, self-regulating central heating, window coverings, carpet and spotlights. *Facilities:* Shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms and 2 toilets. Also enjoy a spacious terrace! *Roommates:* Currently occupied by 5 boys and 1 girl.

We are a fully international house. *Convenience:* Centrally located - only 1 minute walk to Delft city center, close to Delft train station and within cycling distance of TU Delft. Shops, banks and supermarkets are within a radius of 200 meters. *Preference:* Preferably suitable for students or graduating students.
