I am going to rent out a room in my cosy house in Rijswijk for 2 months (1 month also possible).

this house is located on the 7th floor of the building with a big balcony.Tenant can rent this room for at least 1 month within 01 Nov till 30 Dec .The Train/Tram/Bus station is just in 5 minutes' walk . travel distance by train(in minutes) :Delft 4 m Rotterdam central 18 m Denhaag (The Hague) 11 m Leiden 20 mSupermarket ,restaurant, grocery, sportcity within 2 minutes walk.

I would like to host easygoing and friendly people .I would like cultural exchange and travelling .the speaking language in my house is English .The shared furniture/appliances in this house : *TV *Fridge *Dining table *Washing machine *dish washer *microwave *multicooker *Airfryer If you are interested,message me and mention for what date period you are applying.
