The entire house is 140 square meters in total.Surroundings and accessibility:Within walking distance is the Lambertus Zijlplein shopping center with many shops for daily shopping and on the renovated Plein 40-45, located a little further away, there are more shops. Public transport facilities, bus lines 21, 61 and 752 and tram line 13 will take you to the heart of Amsterdam Center in about 15 minutes. It is also possible to go out by bike. Amsterdam Central is a 15-20 minute bike ride away.

Everything is nice and central and close byThe Sloterplas city lake is a 5-minute bike ride away, around the corner. You have numerous recreational opportunities here, such as the Sloterparkbad with fitness center, catering, water sports, walking routes.
