We are Angie and Nick and we have 2 bedrooms for rent at our beloved family house.We have a house of 155 m2 with 4 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms for rent, the 3rd one has been rented out already & the 4th one is a spare room which can be used as a guest bedroom and/or an office (please check out the pictures).2 bedrooms for rent: i) 15 m2 and ii) 12 m2.

The rooms and the rest of the house (shared space) are fully furnished (incl. brand new electric standing desks) and well-maintained.Large spacious backyard and front yard. Own parking space.Vomar, bakery, GP, post office and local park are just around the corner. A large park and an animal farm are 5min walk way.10 min bike ride to the Maarssen train station.

7min direct train ride to Utrecht Centraal, 19min direct train ride to Bijlmer Arena & 25min direct train ride to Amsterdam Centraal.Very safe and quiet neighbourhood.We are looking for 2 students or young professionals.
