Everything is there, bed, furniture, so completely furnished. Only take your cloths and toothbrush. We prefer to rent it out to (foreign) students for a minimum of half year.You can move in 1st june 2026.
This boat is permanently moored at the Marina Rotterdam.
Location is very central, just 5 minutes walking to the coolsingel and next to the erasmus bridge. close to university
The rent is 795 euro for this room/appartment. This is including water elektra gas and internet and waste taxes, so no furher cost.
There is a possibility to register at gemeente rotterdam for an official briefadress, to get bsn number, bank account etc.
