De studio is circa 15 m², volledig ingericht en daarmee ideaal voor studenten die op zoek zijn naar een comfortabel thuis. De badkamer wordt gedeeld met één andere huurder; het toilet, de wasruimte en het balkon worden gedeeld met vier medebewoners.
De ligging is uitstekend: het openbaar vervoer is goed bereikbaar, de Erasmus Universiteit Kralingse Zoom is 18 minuten reizen en winkelcentrum Keizerswaard is binnen 10 minuten per fiets te bereiken. Diverse winkels zijn ook vlakbij.
