About the location: The studios are located on a perfect location on the Suikerunieterrein, just outside the city center of Groningen which is 10 minutes by bike.

There is a big bycicle storage and a free parking lot at the terrain. The Suikerunieterrein is a cultural hotspot with many festivals during the summer. In addition, there is a communal area for all the students to hang out where you can buy some food (breakfast/lunch/diner/sweets) or drinks. It's also a nice place to study or have a meeting with other tenants.

The common room is managed by Henk. About the studio: The studios are approximately 27m2 (289 ft2) and fully equipped. Via the front door you enter your own fully equipped kitchen/dining room of 11m2. The bathroom is located in the middle of the studio.

Inside you will find a toilet, sink and shower. At the back of the room is a spacious living/sleeping room with your own balcony or terrace..
