The studio has a kitchenet, bathroom and is fully furnished. Apartment Features: • Location: 5-minute bike ride to HAN&VHL, close to a shopping centre, gym etc.• Size: 23m² studio with a private kitchen and bathroom • Furniture Included: Bed, mattress, desk, chair, closet, shelfs, fridge, stove • Shared Amenities: Dryers and washing machines, indoor and outdoor bicycle storage • Parking: Free car parking available Requirements: • Must be a full-time student at a university in Arnhem, Velp, or Nijmegen (valid proof of study required) • Must be registered with SSH&(free registration available on their website)• Preferably looking for a female tenant who is tidy and considerate with my belongings • Internationals welcome • NO smoking&pets• Deposit: 1 ½ rent payments Rent Details: Total rent is set a 655€ including rent, utilities, internet, municipal costs and using furniture.
