With supermarkets and a park just a 5-minute walk away, and both the city center and Zernike reachable in less than 10 minutes by bike, it’s a convenient and pleasant place to live.The house features a spacious living room and a kitchen. You will be living with Filip, a 24-year-old master’s student in mathematics. The other roommate is moving out soon, so another (smaller) room will be available from August 1st.The rent is 450 euros per month, with an additional 45 euros for water and electricity, and 18 euros for internet. The deposit is 850 euros, which is paid directly to the departing tenant.
You will sign a contract and receive the keys to the house first.
