I'm subletting my room since I will be abroad from the 20th of July till the 7th of January.

The exact contract dates are flexible.It's around 12m² and is in a 3 bedroom apartment, so the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with 2 other guys. It's a friendly environment and we usually all cook & eat separately, and divide chores per week.It's around a 10 minute bike ride to campus & the city center, and there's also a Dirk and Albert Heijn 3 minutes away walking.

Rent is 450/month, and you also get access to a basement & attic in the apartment building for storage.
