I am looking for a female flatmate to share my house (I am the owner)Some details:-House is 94m2- Room is 10m2 and furnished with a bed, cupboard, small desk and chair - Large west-facing and super sunny garden.- Registration possible - Room is available for 6 -12 months.You will be sharing with one other person (female professional).For 6 months of the year my boyfriend joins me, during the winter months.

During summer, it's just me.Some things that will make it easier to see if we're a good match.- I'm veggie and try to adopt a low waste/impact lifestyle. I don't mind if you eat meat, except for pork which I dislike the smell of. Respect for the environment and the world you around is important to me.- Absolutely no drugs (also dope)! Please take note of this. I've had bad experiences before.

If you can't respect this, you will be asked to leave immediately and lose your deposit. - Non-smoker (even socially)- You'll need to be very tidy and very clean as we're co-sharing a space and it's important to me to have a clean environment.The apartment is a 4min walk from Gein metro and close to Gaasperplas lake. The area is quiet, peaceful and very green. Metros 50 or 51 takes you directly to Centraal station or Isolaterweg.

You will be wasting your time and mine if you're applying cause you can't find anything else. This would suit a quiet person as you are not in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the city center.
