Hi my name is Erick, I have been living in this 95m2 mini nature space for quite a while, with a large living room, kitchen, balcony, shower, toilet which is filled with a relaxing atmosphere.

Located in Amsterdam North , 3-5 minutes biking from the Ferry(Ijplein & Buiksloterweg). 3 minutes walking to go to the supermarket. Just a nice locationI do work as a personal trainer and football coach in Amsterdam which does always keep me outside of the house. my room is 23m2 enough space to forget yourself.I don't smoke.

Just to keep my space livable and have fresh air.I am getting ready to leave for a period of 4 months, which starts from August 1 to November 30, so my room will be available and ready to welcome youI live with my housemate Niels, he is an open and Spontaneous person with whom we spend time talking and doing joint activities when time allows. He speaks Nerlendais and English. And there is also Sloeber, a beautiful little dog who is almost 1 year old.Niels and I don't organize parties at home, just for more calm and respect for mutual space.
