Hello I’m moving out of my room in a student house this month.

Furniture will need to be taken over (€450). The dimensions of the room are not exactly accurate so ignore the dimensions mentioned above.

WiFi will be under your name since it is currently under mine and it is €57 among 3 housemates rent is currently 360 excl. WiFi Send a message only if you’re are ready to move in march 1st, willing to take over furniture and are a student currently.Viewing possible preferably in person
