I signed up for the room with an agency, however I found a place with my friend and now I try to find somebody who can take over the contract.

They gave me the go if I find somebody, we can transfer the contract over. The contract is minimum 3 Months and after the first 3 months it can be canceled monthly. But If you would like to stay long term, the contract is indefinite, so it is very flexible. The roommates are working-students and young professionals.

If you are interested, send me a message asap, so I will put you in contact with the agency contract. Contract start 01.07.24. Of course, the room is with registration.I am only the middleman looking for somebody taking over my contract. Of course rent will go to them directly.

If you have not been a member there is a membership fee of 250€ once. If you need proof I will send you my contract. Happy to hear from you!
