We are looking to sub-rent our rather big and cosy apartment with a garden, for the summer.There are two room available:- Room A : 10m2, view on the garden, one person bed with mattress, desk and wardrobe.- Room B: 16m2, downstairs, two person bed with mattress, desk and storages and can welcome two people.Room A goes for 550, and Room B for 700, all inclusive.

Price and renting dates negotiable.(ask for more pictures)Open to visits from the 17th of June. The apartment is located in Charlois, next to Zuiderpark, with a bus stop next door and less than a 10 min walk from the subway. There is also an Aldi, Plus and Action nearby (five min walk).The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared between the two rooms.The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and stove. There is a vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine.

Also, there is a lot of storage space available in the living room.Because the apartment is fully furnished, it comes with a deposit.
