Hello! We have a room available in our house shared with another 3 people.
We are looking for someone who is quiet and calm, communicative about the household, likes to keep a clean and tidy place and not having any parties, loud gatherings.
Ideally, you want to stay for at least six months or a year. We like to keep our household stable for as long as possible.
We are Farah (working), Alexandra (working), Markos (studying) and Okami (cat 😻)
Ideally we would appreciate someone who is comfortable with pets.
The room is on the 2nd floor with a single bed, desk with chair, hanger and shelving cabinet for your clothes.
Right outside your door is a sink and you are on the same floor as Markos.
Markos, Alexandra and you will also share a living room and kitchen (Farah has her own).
The 4 of us will share toilet and shower area.
We also have a garden and terrace upstairs!
The rent is 526 all inclusive, Wifi is 9€ extra.
