We are an international queer household close to Zuiderpark and we are looking for a new roomie from mid March.
The houseviewing will be Monday 2nd of March.
You will live together with 6 others from the ages of 20- 25. You will share the bathroom with 2 others and the kitchen with everyone.
The room is completely furnished with a desk, a chair and a big closet which is included in the rent.
You only have to bring your own bed.
The kitchen has two ovens, a combi microwave/ oven and a dishwasher.
Also included in the rent is a cleaning service that will clean the common areas twice a month.
Registration is possible (even mandatory)
Rent is approximately 590
The deposit is €863
No sublet or exchange student preferably long term residence.
Direct tram to the city center
A direct bus to The Hague University
Multiple shops such as Albert Heijn and Jumbo 5 minutes walking distance.
