Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my SSH Short Stay contract for a lovely, fully furnished room in Groningen.

The room is bright, spacious, and very cozy vibe (see photos!).
The apartment itself is very calm, but you can invite someone over anyime:)
It comes fully furnished, including:
Bed
Desk & chair
Wardrobe / storage
---Only the vanity and the grey furniture wont stay here
Bathroom includes everything as it is:)

📅 Contract Period
Start: I would possibly move out latest by the end of January, so the room will be available either from February 1st or March 1st. (depends on SSH!)

No pets (SSH rule)
The takeover will be handled officially via SSH, so everything is safe and reliable.
