Dear Room Seekers, We are looking for a lovely new tenant to take over two rooms at the beginning of June! The rooms will be available from june 2nd The house is located in Leyenburg , near the center of Den Haag.

We share a kitchen , balcony, bathroom, toilet.Two rooms will be available, please see the images attached. One room was used as a bedroom and the other as a study, but it’s up to you what to do with it. We are looking for a nice, clean and responsible person, no preference regarding genders or nationalities. Internationals are more than welcome! The rent is around €375euros excl per month.

You will also have to provide a deposit of one month and a half rent. There is some furniture that has to be taken over but we can agree on a fair price for it! More information on contact. Looking forward to hearing from you!.
